Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Vujo.ai. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

DRAFT — NOT LEGAL ADVICE

This page is a working draft written by the product team, not a lawyer. Items marked [VERIFY] are placeholders the owner must confirm before launch; the wording has not been reviewed for legal sufficiency in any jurisdiction.

1. Who you are contracting with

The service is operated by [VERIFY: registered company name].

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction and must provide accurate account information.

[VERIFY] Registered entity, company number and registered address must be supplied by the owner.

2. Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible; financial records are retained in anonymised form (see the Privacy Policy).

3. Credits, plans and payment

Prices, allowances and seat counts are published on the pricing page. The current price book is:

  • Solo — $7/month, 50 credits, 1 user.
  • Creator — $15/month, 150 credits, 1 user.
  • Studio — $29/month, 250 credits, 1 user.
  • Business — $61/month, 300 credits, 3 seats (extra seats $20/seat/month, purchased separately).
  • One-time credit top-up — $2 for 1 credit.
  • Clean export unlock — $1.99, one-time, removes the watermark from one export.

[VERIFY] Tax treatment (Stripe Managed Payments vs Stripe Tax) is an open owner decision; this page must state the chosen treatment before launch.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the scripts, media and brand assets you upload, and of the videos the service produces for you.

You grant us the licence we need to operate the service: to store, process, render and deliver your content, and to send it to the third-party providers listed in the Privacy Policy that you have enabled for a given generation.

You are responsible for having the rights to the material you upload and for the licences attached to stock media you use.

5. AI-generated output

Scripts, voiceovers, images and clips are produced by machine-learning models. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpectedly similar to other output. Review every video before you publish it.

We do not claim that generated output is free of third-party rights in every jurisdiction.

[VERIFY] Content moderation is NOT enabled in this deployment (moderationStatus reports NOT_ENABLED). A provider and budget are open owner decisions; this section must be updated when one is configured.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to create or publish unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, spend controls, entitlement checks or the sandbox around generated graphics.
  • Do not resell access to the service without a written agreement.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account that is being used to attack the service, to evade payment, or to break the law. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why and how to put it right.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

[VERIFY] The liability cap, exclusions and any consumer-law carve-outs must be reviewed by a lawyer for the target market.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product before they take effect.

These terms are governed by [VERIFY: governing law / jurisdiction].

[VERIFY] Governing law, venue and dispute-resolution process must be supplied by the owner.
